In fact, all you have to do is choose where you’re going to stay. Perfect for couples and small clusters of family or friends, the Lodges sleep between 2-6 guests, while for larger groups The Capercaillie is a peaceful, dreamlike house that sleeps up to 10.

Meanwhile, for a romantic, fun, and seriously hi-tech stay the quirky AirPods take some beating!

You’ll find The Rowan Pod and The Hawthorn Pod privately nestled in tranquil farmland that boasts beautiful views towards the hills, across wide open fields… for that delicious feeling of being far, far away from ‘real’ life back home.

Both pods are gainfully equipped with toasty underfloor heating, mood lighting, and a Smart TV for the ultimate in cosy nights in (Hawthorn Pod also features a tablet that means you can control heating, air-conditioning, lighting, and blinds right from the comfort of your bed).

Prefer relaxing al fresco? There’s furnished decking and a hot tub outside, all ready and waiting for you to greet the emerging stars, glass of bubbles firmly in hand. Meanwhile, if you’ve chosen Rowan Pod, you’ll also have your very own fairy-lit barbecue hut for whipping up sizzling sunset suppers.

What the guests of Airhouses say

”AMAZING. This was a fantastic get away and we will be returning! I honestly enjoyed every moment as did my partner. Everything about it was romantic and relaxing. The couple on the farm was lovely and kind souls, we really liked there company and wow I’d definitely go in winter once it’s dark, it gets really dark so when your in the hot tub it perfect! It’s calming.Honestly can not recommend this place enough! We will be back!”

“Fantastic relaxing weekend. My wife and I stayed at the Hawthorn pod for a rare weekend away from the children. I literally can not express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. When we first drove upto the pod we thought it looked very small but when we got inside it was surprisingly spacious, with everything you would need and more. The pod was so nice and relaxing and the hot tub was amazing (despite the weather) we loved walking around the grounds and meeting all the animals. We met Damien and his lovely wife and they were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a fantastic weekend”

“An amazing lodge with first class location and amenities. This is the 3rd revisit to AIRHOUSES and we have rebooked for next year. A little piece of heaven. I’ve been as a couple to this location (pod) then returned twice since to Buchanan with my children and grandchild. Everything about this holiday home is perfect. Rural farmland, animals, views, hot tubs bbq and every amenity required in an amazing 5 star lodge – the farmer and his family are so welcoming. I cannot recommend it enough. It’s perfect no matter what the weather is doing and at any time of the year.”
