You’ll find The Rowan Pod and The Hawthorn Pod privately nestled in tranquil farmland that boasts beautiful views towards the hills, across wide open fields… for that delicious feeling of being far, far away from ‘real’ life back home.

Both pods are gainfully equipped with toasty underfloor heating, mood lighting, and a Smart TV for the ultimate in cosy nights in (Hawthorn Pod also features a tablet that means you can control heating, air-conditioning, lighting, and blinds right from the comfort of your bed).

Prefer relaxing al fresco? There’s furnished decking and a hot tub outside, all ready and waiting for you to greet the emerging stars, glass of bubbles firmly in hand. Meanwhile, if you’ve chosen Rowan Pod, you’ll also have your very own fairy-lit barbecue hut for whipping up sizzling sunset suppers.

Choose your comfy bed set-up from either a fixed double in Hawthorn Pod, and a double or twin in Rowan Pod… where your bed cleverly converts to seating during the day.

You’ll also have private shower facilities with a heated towel rail, and toiletries, fluffy towels, robes, and slippers all provided.

Make your stay extra-special by ordering from a tempting selection of ready meals and deli boxes stuffed with local produce. There’s a wee farm shop on-site too, along with a pop-up coffee shop in the Old Dairy that showcases local art.

You could also arrange a ‘meet-and-greet’ with the friendly resident animals, who include donkeys, goats, rescue Shetland ponies, Alpacas, pigs, and chickens, or indulge in activities that range from archery to Tomahawk throwing.

And if you’re in the mood for an exhilarating stroll, there are farm walks begging to be enjoyed, plus a wonderful 4k circular route that leads you through the local village of Oxton. There are even imaginative Treasure Trail options to keep big and little kids entertained along the way!

With every holiday taste so beautifully catered for, and bustling Edinburgh a mere hour away if needed, it could be that one visit to Airhouses just isn’t enough.
