Lovingly and skilfully created from local timber by Mike, Sunny Lea’s ‘Man of the Woods’ and a professional tree surgeon, The Dragon Cruck is not only utterly unique, but secluded in seven gorgeous acres of Welsh countryside.

Exceptional views down the Vrynwy valley below are guaranteed, with your intricately-made Cruck cabin (hence the name!) offering plenty to enthral on its own.

Lit by lanterns and solar lights, there is an irresistibly romantic atmosphere by evening that almost begs you to switch off and recharge in comfort!   A warming woodburner takes care of chilly evenings, and with all bedding, linen and blankets supplied, you’ll feel ridiculously snug all holiday through.

Meanwhile, catering is cleverly covered, with a camp kitchen next door that includes a pizza oven, gas burner and bespoke wooden sink.  Ingredients can be provided too, with a breakfast hamper, home-made jams and honey, and seasonal fruit and veg all deliciously available on request.

After a long day out exploring the local area (don’t forget those walking boots!) simply freshen up in the shower pod, before lighting the fire bowl and gazing up at the stars in the vast night sky.  Bottle of bubbles optional!
