Little Cottage is a stunning (and not-so-little) design-led Cornish paradise for group holidays and stylish celebrations alike.
  • Sleeps: 11
  • Bedrooms: 4
  • Bathrooms: 5
  • Minimum stay: 3 nights

Blissfully set within Cornwall’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Praa Sands is a true surfer’s and sunbather’s paradise, with its long, south-facing white sandy beach and fresh, rolling waves.

Complete this heavenly picture with a group break spent in the company of your favourite people, relaxing in the grand Little Cottage,  recently featured on Channel 4’s Extraordinary Escapes!

Once a derelict building heavily concealed by undergrowth, the cottage was famously purchased in 2009 by Soho House architect Alex Michaelis, who transformed it into a breathtaking holiday home that sleeps up to 11 people.  Clean, white and minimalist, steeped in opulence and fuelled with cutting-edge design, there is also a feeling of warmth and comfort throughout – making you feel gloriously welcome from the moment you arrive.

Accommodation is generously spread across two floors, with the ground floor housing a sociable living area with two large, squashy sofas and a giant bean bag. Curl up in your favourite spot and chat the evening away, with a warming log burner crackling softly away in the background and underfloor heating keeping everybody toasty.

Catch up with the latest blockbusters, set the mood with the SONOS music system…or how about unleashing your competitive side with the Xbox or Foosball table in the bespoke games room?

Even those who don’t like cooking will be converted by the stunning kitchen, complete with Miele oven, Quooker boiling water tap and coffee machine. A roomy dining table completes the welcoming picture here. You’ll find a handy utility area and an ensuite bunk room on the ground floor too, sleeping up to five people.

Finish dining and conversing, then head upstairs and claim your sleeping space from three spectacular sea view bedrooms, each one equipped with cosy super king-sized beds, and each one with its own ensuite that features a shower and roll top bath.
