Expertly restored by a renowned architectural practice, ARC Padstow is a former 18th century listed manor house that sleeps up to 26 guests in lordly comfort.

Nestled in the sleepy Cornish village of St. Issey, you’ll be achingly close to the bustling charms of Padstow, yet with the delightful feeling of seclusion that comes with really getting away from it all, your favourite people in tow.

You’ll feel like holidaying royalty as you make your dignified entrance up the long path, to be greeted by Cornish slated walls, restored historic fireplaces and original beams, all of which provide a soothing sense of travelling elegantly back in time.

With five opulent, spacious reception rooms, there’s plenty of scope to socialise, stretch out, and relax just as you choose. You’ll also find a dedicated playroom for the kids, with a door that leads straight to the garden.

Here you’ll find a wealth of facilities that celebrate life savoured al fresco, including an oval sun lawn, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, and a wood-fired hot tub that takes stargazing to the next level.

Back inside, there’s sure to be arguments about who gets to cook in the sleek, state-of-the-art kitchen, with four ovens, a pizza oven, and a South African braai. While the lucky one gets to work, the rest can cradle pre-dinner cocktails in the lobby, which features a wood-burning stove that complements the room’s original stone work to perfection.

When it’s time to dine, you’ll feel as though you’re outside even when you’re in, with an entire glass wall that slides open, showcasing the hot tub and bar area… there’s even a ‘catwalk’ entrance for the swishest possible arrival!
