Friday 19th May 2017 is #ShadesDay, the date when our charitypartner The Family Holiday Association encourage everyone to don a pair ofshades – come rain or shine – and help spread a little sunshine in the process!
The Family Holiday Association is the only national charity dedicated toproviding British seaside breaks and day trips for UK families struggling withsome of the toughest challenges life can bring – issues such as disability,severe and sudden illness, bereavement, mental health issues and domesticviolence.
The charity was founded over 40 years ago, on the belief that holidaysare a lifeline, not a luxury – a sentiment we here at Host Unusual wholeheartedlyagree with.
