Entering the competition
Participants may enter the competition online via the competitionpost on our Facebook page.Entry is free and participants may only enter once. For those who do not use Facebook, you may enter by emailing your answer to the following question to [email protected] with the title: CoracleComp: What unusual item would you install in your imaginary yurt (perhaps you’d like a slide, or a jukebox or a disco ball for example!)
Any personal data relating to participants will be usedsolely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will notbe disclosed to a third party other than those specified above.
No responsibility is accepted by the Host Unusual or itsassociates for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during anycommunication or transmission of entries.
The Prize
The prize is a stay for 2 guests in the Coracle Yurt atCrafty Camping in Dorset. The stay will be either 3 nights on a Friday arrival(excluding weekends in July/August) or 2 nights on a Monday or Wednesdayarrival, to be taken by 1/7/20. As this is an adults-only site, guestsmust be over 18 years of age to stay. The winner will be drawn at random underindependent supervision from all valid entries received. The winner will benotified by email within 3 working days and will have 7 days from the date thenotification was sent to claim their prize.
In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, orfails to claim the prize within the timescale required, the winner shallforfeit their prize and the Host Unusual reserves the right to offer the prizeto another participant of the competition.
The prize is not transferable and there is no cashalternative.
Host Unusual reserves the right to vary these terms andconditions or cancel the competition at any stage in the event of circumstancesarising beyond its control.
By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed tobe bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions, and Host Unusualreserves the right to disqualify participants who it considers to have notcomplied with any of these terms and conditions; or any participant who itreasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.
This prize draw will be governed by and construed inaccordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating theparticipants agree that any and all disputes regarding this competition will besubject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
