‘Spring Forward, Fall Back’
Never before has this old expression for the changing of the clocks (which, by the way, is this Sunday folks!) felt so appropriate.
As the lockdowns of last Autumn/Winter fell upon us it really felt like a step back in every sense, whereas we are all feeling a revived sense of optimism for the Springtime, and that includes being able to get out and explore the world once more as it gently reopens its doors.
