Our first confirmed new arrivals for 2017 are all places youcan visit during these cold winter months and get cozied up by a nice fireplaceor in your own hot tub – the perfect antidote for those winter blues and proof thatit IS possible to embrace and enjoy a UK winter. In Somerset we introduce threenew properties including a railway carriage and cottage, both of which hug thetracks of the steam railway.  We also have two new treehouses, so you canlegitimately let your head stay in the clouds, and a beautifully converted 19th century chapel nestled in some of Cornwall’s most idyllic scenery.

Somerset is the setting for this trio of beautiful newproperties, and with a location close to Taunton they are well connected whilstenjoying a privileged spot in the countryside. The Railway Cottage has aspecial historical relevance, being built by Brunel himself whilst he wasconstructing the West Somerset Steam Railway – and yes you guessed it, thesteam locomotives pass by you as you relax in the cottage or in the private hottub within the pretty garden.  The neighbouring Railway Carriage is aseparate property, and a truly unique experience as its many carriage windowslook out over the tracks of the railway, perfect for the train-spotters amongstyou!  The decor is modern and comfortable and you also have a private hottub to enjoy, as well as a great country pub within walking distance. Last but by no means least, The Treehouse is a great escape from ground level, situated on a small farm with livestock and ponies roaming happily. Inside thehouse, the mysterious spiral staircase leads up to an octagonal master bedroom, where the leaves of the lime tree it is built around mingle with the cedar andtimber wooden structure. Here you can stargaze from the triangular skylight andenjoy life high in the canopy – pure wintry perfection!
