Sourcing exciting new properties for Host Unusual alwayssees us stepping into a varied assortment of abodes. Take our newest additionsto the collection: three cedar-clad and eco-powered pods, a charming convertedchurch, a collection of stunning and homely geodesic domes and twodelightful and vibrant barges on a royal canal. All utterly unique anddifferent in their own way.

Mulino Pods

With an elevated position looking out over a valley towardsCarsington Water, the views at this gorgeous eco-retreat are to die for. Three well-crafted and cosy ecopods maximise this viewpoint and provide acomfortable base for exploring the Peak District. The pods themselves as wellas being quite futuristic looking are completely insulated inside, so if youare looking for a late winter or early spring break somewhere you can reallytake in the country air, Mulino Pods could be just the ticket. 
 
St Curig’s Church

With too many 19th Century features to list, you’ll be amazed by thelevel of detail and intricacy in this stunning place, from the incredibleglittering mosaic ceiling to the grand piano and those high ceilings. Thenthere’s the outside, with a private hot tub and zip wire to entertain thechildren – that’s before you’ve even clocked those postcard snowy mountains!
