Bedroam

If it’s good enough for George Clarke it’s good enough forus!  Commended for its innovative super-slick Japanese design by the manhimself, it is the clever modification and heightened luxury of this doubledecker coach that really makes Bedroam stand out. The concept itself is alsocompletely unique – take a group of your fondest allies and embark on a 4-wheelglamping adventure in luxury and sophistication.  Ideal for a specialoccasion or group celebration, Bedroam also has a new glamping location from2017 near York so you can get back to nature and enjoy your own private ruralsetting. Road trips just went up a gear (no pun intended).

Our first Host Unusual listing on the Emerald Isle comes courtesy of FinnLough, a stunningly beautiful landscape of lakeside and woodland. Ventureinto the heart of the forest and you will reach your ultra-modern bubble dome, something that would not be out of place in a sci-fi movie. Unique transparent180 degree walls, mood lighting, stylish wing chairs, four-poster bed plus anin-bubble telescope – this is one stargazing adventure not to be missed. Theresort also has a spa trail adventure for 2017 and larger lodge-style optionsfor families set by the lake – your only question is: when?!

We love this working organic farm and holiday retreat set inthe heart of the Welsh countryside.  Not only does The Ceridwen Centre have a vast range ofdifferent accommodation options from a converted double decker bus to yurts, eco pod, hop shack and a stone and slate farmhouse, but it also offers onsiteactivities such as art & craft workshops, mountain biking and yoga, as wellas having excellent green credentials and a focus on recycling and lookingafter its surroundings. Be sure to book your Eco Hot Tub experience for theevening too for a real treat!
Jolly Days Glamping

Take a 200-acre woodland setting in an area rife withwildlife, add eco-chic accommodation and you have Jolly Days Glamping. Founded in 2008. Jolly Days were one of the pioneers of the glamping movementand it shows; woodland tents are both spacious and private, the footprint onthe natural setting is minimal.  As they say themselves ‘swap the smell ofthe city for the nostalgic aroma of the campfire’ and you will soon leave yourcares to one side. Take a wildlife checklist as you may well come across deer, hares, foxes, badgers, buzzards, otters and more, all of which call the JollyDays woodland area home too!
