Jersey Heritage is a charity whose mission is to preserve and share the Island’s unique culture, through maintaining its major historic sites, museums, and public archives.
As such, each Jersey Heritage let is unique and special in its own way, with rich layers of history to uncover, intriguing stories to tell, and plenty to explore right from the doorstep.
Simply put, you won’t find lets like these anywhere else in the world. Barge Aground is an Art Deco folly that was once used as a canteen by occupying forces in World War Two, boasting sweeping views across St. Ouen’s Bay.
Built on a rocky outcrop in St. Catherine’s Bay, Archirondel Tower is a four-storey, red-and-white painted defensive structure that overlooks romantic secluded beaches, with views that lead all the way to France on a clear day.
Fort Leicester dates all the way back to the 16th century: named after a favourite of Queen Elizabeth I and built into the imposing rock face above Bouley Bay’s atmospheric harbour for the most incredible views.
So if you’re ready to travel back in time and become part of a living, breathing historic tale, simply browse our collection of Jersey Heritage lets here.
