The perfect rural base for exploring all the beauty of the Norfolk Broads (not to mention a gorgeous selection of beaches!), Tin Can Camping is a soothing woodland spot that’s home to four authentic American trailers.
You’ll find each trailer lovingly packed with creature comforts, from a fully-equipped kitchen to downy bedding, soft-glowing lanterns and cosy blankets…all set amongst idyllic country scenery.
If you’re planning a romantic escape, a deluxe trailer-for-two is perfect. Choose from The Bubble, a glistening 1956 Airstream with many of its original features in tact, or The Jewel, styled for an unmistakable ‘American Diner’ feel that’ll take you right back to 1950s Hollywood!
If you’re bringing a few more guests, The Caravanner is a rare 1957 Airstream that sleeps two adults and two small children, in a warm and homely setting that includes plenty of light-flooding windows (in fact, The Caravanner is the owners’ chosen van for their own family holidays!)
Finally, the largest van is the luxuriously refurbished 1976 Airstream Sovereign, sleeping two adults…plus two children, on space age-style bunk beds they’ll love. It is also equipped with a warming wood burner to keep things toasty.
You’ll find a lot of thought and care have gone into making the indoor facilities an absolute pleasure to visit. For starters, there’ll be no sense of dread as you make your way to the toilet block, with its luxury purpose-built bathrooms (one featuring a walk-in double shower).
There’s also a communal kitchen in the site’s converted barn, stocked with everything you’ll need and much more besides…such as a fan-assisted oven, and an espresso machine to charge your mornings!

What the guests of Tin Can Camping say
“The most beautiful & perfect place to get away from it all – couldn’t recommend highly enough! We absolutely loved staying in the Caravanner amongst all the nature. Emma & Dan were amazing – so warm and approachable and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They have literally thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible – such a dream place! The hamper was delicious and well beyond our expectations. The facilities were immaculate and the caravan itself is so so charming and gorgeous.”
“What a wonderful place. The Jewel was just perfect – so peaceful, exactly what we needed! Breakfast was yummy as were the brownies. The Camp HQ added something extra, we could stay here for weeks. Thank you Emma and Dan for providing a ‘piece of heaven’. We will return.”
“Perfect place for our group break. Thank you for making us feel like we were in our own little world. We’ve had the best time and will be back.”
