Sink into the deep sofas, and gaze out across the shifting sands to the sparkling waves, surrounded by your favourite people, and a cool drink in hand.  If you like to host, this house is a dream, with a pizza oven, barbecue and fire pit on hand for a balmy evening entertaining with loved ones.

(You could always head into the nearby medieval town of Rye if you’re in the mood to explore, but we’ve got a sneaking suspicion you’ll want to stay right where you are!)
