A former cherry and hop farm, Hoppickers Rural Retreats occupies a dreamlike location in rural Worcestershire.

Achingly close to both the river Teme, and the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this idyllic part of the world is not only a haven for wildlife, but the perfect place for couples and families to escape from the rush and stress of daily life.

The proud recipients of several awards – including Visit England Gold – friendly owners David and Louise live on their beloved smallholding with their family… and a selection of free-range animals that include hens, ducks, dogs, cats, and horses.

You’ll see exactly why Hoppickers Rural Retreats has received so many accolades (and so many returning guests!) from the moment you arrive.

Offering a little something for everyone, accommodation is spacious, luxurious, and pet-friendly, while on-site facilities include swimming, tennis, woodland walks… and for rainy days, a fabulously equipped games room and a mobile spa.

Ideal for couples, the newest retreat ‘Just One Bell Tent’ is a Bedouin-inspired haven that’s peacefully nestled in a tranquil woodland corner, with views over the horse paddock.

Featuring a downy kingsize bed, a soft sheepskin rug, and a romantic log-burning stove, you can enjoy a sound night’s sleep, followed by morning coffee on the decking to a soundtrack of birdsong… what bliss! There’s even a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, cleverly housed in a converted horse trailer in your private enclosed space.
