Nestled on the banks of the River Rother, Chandlers Cabin & Studio is a true gem of innovative cabin design, with no shortage of charm of character.
Drawing its influence from both contemporary and mid-Century sources, the end result is a vibrant and eclectic space, filled with old antiquities and artworks from a wide-range of eras, weathered timber, plush fabrics, patterned Moroccan tiles and slick modern facilities.
Ideal for a romantic break or even a ‘mini-moon’, the cabin sleeps two in a super-king-size bed with Siberian goose down pillows and duvet and Egyptian cotton- the ultimate in comfort. You’ll also have all the kitchen facilities you need to stay cabin-based and fully self-sufficient, should you wish!
The Studio, a separate unit but rented in conjunction with the cabin, has similar self-contained facilities, with the exception of no oven in the kitchen. For larger families, there is also the possibility of adding the main house, on request, which has an additional en-site kingsize bedroom.
The garden area is a perfect spot to chill on sun loungers by the banks or enjoy a barbecue with gorgeous river views as you dine, and there is even table tennis to keep you entertained.
Your location couldn’t be more enviable; quite aside its the waterfront spot, Rye is a hotbed of activity, with cinemas, boutiques and some fun festivals such as Rye Scallop Festival, and the beach of Camber is just a short drive away.
