Rich in fascinating history, approaching Blaisdon Hall’s sweeping driveway will make you feel as though you’ve just arrived at your very own version of Downton Abbey… what a way to celebrate a special event with your loved ones!

Sleeping up to 20 guests in elegant luxury, you’ll find the Grade-II listed house nestled on a Gloucestershire estate that spans almost 90 acres of mature gardens, soothing woodland, ornamental ponds, and even a shimmering lake. There’s plenty of wildlife for you to spot, too, from wild orchids to over 40 species of birds.

Built during the 1870s, Blaisdon Hall itself is a grand example of classic Victorian architecture, and you’ll find plenty of ornate period features to enthral your senses as you relax with a freshly-mixed cocktail.

Where you enjoy those welcome drinks is entirely up to you: with multiple reception rooms to choose from, you can simply select your favourite ambience. With its intricate stained-glass windows, delicate furniture, and beautiful lake views, The Orangery is perfect for summer, while the Great Hall cuts the most magnificent of dashes for a dress-up occasion.

Not to mention the exquisite first-floor Ballroom, which measures an impressive 85ft and is ideal for grand celebrations washed down with plenty of chilled Champagne.

There’s also a comfortable, high-ceilinged drawing-room to relax in, as well as a music room and a snooker room for those in the mood to exercise their competitive spirits. For those who’d just like to exercise, there’s even a well-equipped gymnasium – ideal for burning off the calories from all those grand banquets!

Sleeping arrangements are beautifully covered by eight individually-styled bedrooms spread across three floors. The rooms are expertly configured to accommodate couples (there are four superking rooms and one double) and small families (three rooms feature a superking or kingsize bed with one or two singles).
