Welcome to the world's first and only underwater hotel, nestled on the bed of Florida's Emerald Lagoon.
  • Sleeps: 2 per room
  • Bedrooms: 2
  • Bathroom: 1
  • Minimum stay: 1 night

Named in tribute to Jules Verne, the famous author of Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, Jules’ Undersea Lodge is a unique ‘bucket list’ stay for confirmed water babies.

Located 21 feet beneath the surface of Florida’s Emerald Lagoon, the futuristic hotel can only be accessed by scuba diving through tropical mangroves to the ‘moon pool’ entrance (you will need to be a certified diver in order to stay, or take an on-site course).

Once you’ve said hello to the many reef fish you’ll meet along the way, you’ll be greeted by what seems to be a secret underwater clubhouse!  Creature comforts include hot showers, a well-equipped kitchen, cosy beds and even an Amazon FireStick.

With a 42-inch round window in every room, the underwater scenery (not to mention plenty of curious fish) promises to captivate you completely.  Though if you can tear yourselves away, you can celebrate a special occasion by calling upon the services of a ‘mer-chef’, who will dive down and prepare you a sumptuous feast.

Can you think of any better way to make a celebratory splash?
