Luxuriate in a stunning Cornish seaside sanctuary by intricate master design, featuring an indoor swimming pool and breathtaking views both inside and out.

If you're looking for a group holiday with a decadent sense of seaside luxury, look no further than Sea House, an idyllic holiday home that overlooks beautiful Porth Beach, North Cornwall.

Magnificently spacious and featuring five bedrooms, an indoor heated swimming pool, steam rooms and a bespoke bar - not to mention a stylish cloakroom and a study for those who really have to catch up on work! - you'll soon find all you need to enjoy a seaside break in serious style.

Sea House, as its name suggests, has featured on TV in an adaptation of a novel written by the famous Cornish author Rosamunde Pilcher.  It isn't hard to see why, as the house has been designed to expertly maximise the spectacular vista all around.  A perfectly placed balcony and decked garden area mean you can enjoy the very best of beach life from the comfort of your holiday home.

The ground floor houses a 10 metre indoor swimming pool with panoramic beachside views and controlled air temperature for maximum comfort - ideal for rainier days when hitting the sand itself isn't an option.  Post-swim, enjoy a refreshing shower and then mix your favourite drink at the bespoke bar, as you relax in a reclining leather sofa...your holiday has really begun.

The first floor features a luxuriously spacious living area, enhanced by large windows that allow natural sunlight to flood inside.  An exquisite sea lounge with built-in banquette seating means you can sit and watch the tide as it rolls in and out - perfect for enjoying a soothing sunrise with a steaming mug of morning coffee.

Even non-cooks will be converted to a culinary life by the glorious kitchen, bespoke crafted by leading designer Mark Wilkinson OBE.  Featuring granite, maple and glass bar tops along with state-of-the-art fixtures and fittings, you may find everybody clamouring to be the one who gets to whip up tasty seaside snacks for everyone to enjoy!

Enjoy the fruits of your culinary efforts over hearty conversation in the oak-floored dining area that seats ten people - followed by coffee and liqueurs in the relaxing garden room, perhaps?

The opulent lounge is a true homage to a life of indulgent relaxation.  A wood burner will warm your toes on chillier evenings, and with a 55" LCD television you can catch up on your favourite shows in complete comfort.  On sunny days, why not head out to the elevated deck instead, and enjoy endless sea views?

There is a bathroom and two bedrooms on the first floor, each furnished for style, comfort and luxury whilst boasting amazing views.  The bathroom isn't just any bathroom - it features a refreshing rainfall shower which also doubles as a steam cubicle.

You'll find the master bedroom on the second floor, from which you can enjoy incredible sea views from the dreamy cosiness of the 6ft bed.  This bedroom really has to be seen to be truly appreciated, with quality and attention to detail applied throughout.  Sloped ceilings, locally-designed and crafted furniture and a luxurious deep pile carpet makes this bedroom the perfect setting for endlessly lazy lie-ins.  A private sea balcony makes the room even more special, and the master ensuite features mirrored cabinets, a large and luxurious bath and its own steam room.

Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor, all infused with exceptional quality.

Sea House features its very own concierge service, meaning all you need to do is relax throughout your stay, safe in the knowledge that everything else has been taken care of.  Equipped with exceptional local know-how and with access to the very best places, you'll find celebrating a special occasion - or even simply enjoying a holiday to remember - is ridiculously easy.

Arrange a meal in a fine dining restaurant, or maybe learn a few culinary tricks yourself with a lesson at Rick Stein's Padstow seafood school.  Hire a bike and explore the stunning Camel Trail, or maybe organise a golf day at the Trevose Championship course.  Water babies will love grabbing a surfboard and heading to Fistral beach, and there are even coasteering sessions on hand if you're feeling particularly adventurous!

Lovers of indulgent seaside style will truly find their heaven at Sea House - so don't delay, simply find something to celebrate and get ready to bathe yourselves in pure luxury.

"After a cold wet day exploring the beaches and walking across the beautiful cliffs it was heaven returning to the ‘Sea House' and relaxing in the superb swimming pool. All the kids, big and small, had a great time and were very sorry to leave. Would you please pass on our gratitude to the owners who allowed us to stay in their unique house. Here's hoping that we will all be able to stay with you again soon."
