Cornish camping, glamping and caravanning in a refreshing range of locations, just the way you like it!

Nomadic Camping Cornwall is a simple concept that brings the beautiful heart of West Cornwall right to your door, completely stress-free.

Offering a selection of durable, pet-friendly Tentipis or touring caravans, all you need to do is choose your favourite, plus a scenic location (from one of five pre-approved campsites, or subject to suitability, select your own) - and then just sit back and relax, safe in the knowledge that the hard work is done.

Not only that, you can even select your very own level of luxury, with everything from a basic camping break to a furnished glamping holiday!

So let's start with your location. The five pre-approved campsites are superbly set in different sightseeing locations across West Cornwall, all with their own unique charm.

Higher Trevaskis Farm, close to St Ives and the Minack Theatre, is a peaceful setting that's ideal for cyclists and is close to the dog friendly beach at Gwithian.

Gwithian Farm Campsite is the perfect place to try surfing for the first time, and is located right by the sand dunes (early booking essential!).

Trerise Farm occupies a central location on the spectacular and rugged Lizard Peninsula, while Trevellas Farm is ideally situated to explore Newquay and the Eden Project.

Finally, Gwel-an-Nans Farm is ever-popular, with a stunning location next to Cardinham Woods and achingly close to Bodmin Moor, a dream location for mountain bikers.

Now you've claimed your spot, would you prefer a six-metre Tentipi or a touring caravan? Tentipis are built to withstand far harsher conditions than traditional bell tents, and are pre-pitched to sleep up to 10 people.

Choose your Tentipi package from basic camping, including bedding, kitchen facilities, a pop-up wardrobe and games, or upgrade to the Glamping option and revel in Moroccan-style décor, soft towels and a futon bed settee.

The static touring caravans step up the luxury a little more, with a bathroom, shower, toilet, bedding and all kitchen facilities all provided.

Finally, choose from a wondrous array of optional extras that include collection and a return trip to the station or airport, a hot meal waiting for you in a slow cooker on arrival, and tasty food packs complete with local delicacies including Cornish Yarg cheese, wine or Prosecco. Adventurous types can even hire mountain bikes, GoPro cameras and bodyboards if they feel the need.

With everything you could ever want well and truly covered just the way you like it, the magical Cornish landscape lies temptingly open and ready for you to explore. So what are you waiting for?

Things to note

Your own bedding must be brought unless you upgrade to the Glamping package which includes this. Enquire for details. Please note that prices do not include campsite fees.  Minimum booking period is 7 nights in high season and 3 nights in low season.

Please note map marker shows Higher Trevaskis Farm site only - please check the Nomadic Camping Cornwall website for other locations.

Tried and tested

"John and Meg, this was the most incredible camping experience we have ever had to date. We really want to thank you for all the surprise gifts that made my husband's birthday amazingly special! Not only was he blown away with the Tipi, and how ridiculously kitted out it is, but the extra effort of the balloons and goodies made it 10 times better than I had or could possibly cater for! We have already told all our friends and family about you guys, and how great an experience you provide. We can't wait to use the Tentipi again! You have an amazing gift here. Thank you both with all our heart for the best birthday surprise experience!
Leanne and Phil (Gwithian Farm Campsite)

"Amazing experience staying in a Tipi for the first time! John and Meg have thought of everything, the Tentipi is equipped with everything you could ever want for your ‘Glamping' get away.  Lovely soft furnishings and decorative lamps for a home from home feel. Higher Trevaskis Caravan and Camping Park was a great location for what we wanted to experience in the area. Clean and tidy with very helpful staff.
Diolch yn fawr! (Thank you)"
Harriet and Bron (Higher Trevaskis Farm)

"Bearing in mind the journey down from Norwich, we were both talking about this being our last visit to Cornwall due to the length of travelling time- we've been converted! Forgotten how beautiful Cornwall is, and as for as the Tipi - we loved it!
Waking up and having bacon and sausage baps that we could cook inside and filter coffee every morning was a real treat. You have honestly thought of everything - even cling film for made up lunches. The campsite is spotless, nothing too much trouble - would we return... in a heart beat. Thank you."
