Designed by renowned South American architects MAPA, Sacromonte Landscape Hotel is a haven for lovers of exceptional wine, exceptional comfort, and exceptional scenery alike.

Beautifully secluded within a 250-acre stretch of vineyard-dotted valley and wild mountain range in eastern Uruguay’s Maldonado region, you’ll discover individually-spaced, sustainable hotel cabins and a farm-to-table restaurant.

The landscape here is truly breathtaking, characterised by lush grass meadows, reservoirs and natural, babbling streams. Each self-contained hotel cabin showcases these surroundings to outstanding effect, with a smoked-glass façade that allows you to feast your eyes as much as you like, whilst cleverly shielding you from external view!

The sleek cabin features dark stone floors, oak-panelled walls and simple, modern furnishings throughout. The kitchen and bathroom are tucked at the back, while your cosy bed is set right at the front of the cabin, meaning you’ll wake up feeling as though you’re right in the midst of that awe-inspiring landscape.

Enjoy morning coffee outside on your private deck, and later on, why not take a cooling pre-dinner dip in the circular plunge pool?

The mouthwatering hilltop restaurant and winery showcase even more of those spectacular views, as you enjoy local specialities including barbecued lamb and wild boar, and sample some excellent wines. Dedicated tastings take place in the glorious hilltop lookout, or at a large and welcoming communal table, and you can organise a private winery tour.

Your stay includes exclusive use of an off-road electric buggy, ideal for getting out and exploring the local area. Though if you prefer to travel on foot, there are many winding trails to get deliciously lost in. Perhaps start by taking a stroll through the vineyards, where you’ll discover a chapel and a stunning selection of kaleidoscopes.
