Looking for a break with a touch of originality? Head straight to Warwickshire, where you’ll find one acre of lush farmland dedicated to uniquely unforgettable Tinywood dwellings fit for any family – the dog included.

Tinywood Homes are renowned for lovingly creating cosy wooded accommodation with comfort and luxury in mind, featuring innovative design and bespoke craftsmanship that really makes the most of their available space.

Choose from eight stunning holiday homes – Tinywood One, Two and Three, all stylishly clad with Douglas fir… or the Tweenies, five well-equipped pods with the simplicity of a well-furnished tent.

The Tinywood Houses dazzle inside, with granite worktops, toilet and shower, gas boilers and log burners. Tinywood One was originally a 20-foot shipping container, now a creative two-storey conversion (complete with clever foldaway stairs!) featuring all the comforts of home and more such as its own hot tub, and sleeping up to five people in one double and three single beds.

There’s a living room with a cosy sofa, and the South African-style veranda houses a wood-fired barbecue which also operates as a wood burner on colder days.

Tinywood Two and Three are steel-framed, custom-built wooden buildings with upstairs bedrooms, spiral staircases and the same well-equipped home comforts as Tinywood One – and they each come with their own hot tubs for an extra splash of luxury! Tinywood Two sleeps a maximum of six people, and Tinywood Three a maximum of eight.

The Family Teeny is a bespoke glamping pod that’s perfect for families or large groups, sleeping up to six people. At 10 by 12 feet it really lives up to its Teeny name… and inside you’ll find creative design features that really enhance your space whilst keeping everybody in complete comfort. For example, the 4-seater dining table also doubles as a landing, while kitchen units have extra uses as steps and seats!

What the guests of Tinywood Homes say

“Just returned from a 2 night stay. We have had the most amazing time, the cabin was lovely and clean with excellent facilities. The hot tub and outdoor cooking was fab. We were able to walk to quite a few different pubs across the fields and the weather was just perfect. Thank you.”

“I stayed for a mini break and it was amazing. I would defiantly recommended it to anyone, especially for something a little bit different. It was warm, cosy and the bed was so comfortable, it was very clean and had everything in you could want for the night. Great customer service from start to finish. Would definitely return.”

“We stayed in Tinywood 1 in April. What an amazing mini break. Owners helpful but not invasive. Cabins are well appointed and comfortable. My husband had a grand time tending to the fires for the hot tub, wood burner and BBQ. We brought our dog and there was plenty of good walking and dog friendly pubs. Can’t wait to return!”
