Wild Atlantic Bus
Hop on board a cosy, green and eco-friendly bus that's nestled amongst untamed Irish nature, just five minutes from Lough Corrib.
Around thirty years old, the Wild Atlantic Bus once faithfully transported its passengers through the lanes of England and Ireland.
These days, you'll find the cheery green bus permanently stopped on the unspoilt natural outskirts of Oughterard, County Galway - an area that forms part of the Wild Atlantic Way, Europe's largest coastal route.
Surrounded by flora, fauna (and friendly neighbourhood cows!), the vast, sparkling Lough Corrib is just a five-minute countryside walk away.
Transformed by owner and craftsman Richard, the beautiful bus sleeps up to six guests in eco-friendly comfort, with three comfy double beds (two of which can be twins if needed).
There are full kitchen and wet room facilities on board, along with a wood-burning stove to warm your evenings. Outside awaits a crackling firepit, and a gorgeous shower that faces the rolling country landscape... bus travel simply doesn't get more luxurious than this!
