Full description
Quintessential English countryside retreats, each set in its own meadow, rich in home comforts and traditional style for a soothing escape amongst glorious Cotswold countryside.

Boasting 70 "sublimely beautiful", wildlife-steeped acres of Cotswold countryside, Westley Farm has featured in many a prominent publication, including The Sunday Times and the Daily Telegraph.

This is hardly surprising, since the farm offers the ultimate setting for an idyllic rural escape. Each of the three stone cottages you'll discover here blend traditional elements, such as flagstone floors and open fires, with modern luxury, as well as showcasing those rolling green views to perfection.

And since each cottage is privately secluded, with no immediate neighbours but the local wildlife, you can enjoy reconnecting with your loved ones in peaceful comfort.

Cockshutt Cottage (sleeps 4)
Expertly converted from a stone barn, Cockshutt Cottage is a serene chocolate-box retreat, with a sweet-scented flower garden on one side, and rolling hills on the other.

Beamed ceilings and flagstone flooring will make you feel perfectly cosy, particularly when you light the log fire for a snuggly evening in.  After a sound night's sleep, you can welcome in the sunrise from the east-facing patio, then grab a basket and pick some cherries in the lawned garden.

Jackdaw Cottage (sleeps 4)

Enclosed by a traditional Cotswold dry stone wall, and boasting a private wood-fired hot tub with views that stretch all the way to the distant hillside villages, Jackdaw Cottage is a blissfully secluded hideaway.

You'll discover this romantic retreat at the end of a winding farm track, under whispering oak and ash trees. Enter through the stable door, and feel as though you've stepped into a new world... one that's sumptuously furnished with sheepskin rugs, Egyptian cotton sheets, and colourful fabrics.

Hornstone Cottage (sleeps 7)
Ideal for groups of family and friends, Hornstone Cottage features a sociable, south-west facing deck with amazing valley views... ideal for long, lazy catch-up dinners enjoyed against a golden sunset backdrop.

You'll even enjoy rustling up those feasts, since there's a gorgeous farmhouse kitchen to savour cooking time in, complete with a Range cooker, and that all-important dishwasher.

There's a mixture of ground-floor and first-floor bedrooms (you may want to claim the master double, with its en-suite bathroom and stunning views), and you can choose from superking, double, or single beds, for the ultimate in holiday flexibility.

Your favourite cottage chosen, it's time to immerse yourselves in the area's many delights. A 20-minute walk will lead you to a friendly pub, though if you're in the mood for a longer ramble, there are plenty of routes to choose from... not to mention plenty more pubs and cafés!

Activity-wise, you can indulge in everything from golf and swimming, to gliding and trekking, and of course, there's a wealth of picture-perfect Cotswold towns and villages to visit.

(In fact, there are so many ways to spend your time here, that you may find one visit just isn't enough!)

Things to note

Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the cottages, for a small additional charge per dog. A cot and highchair can be supplied on request.

Our kids love staying here and we look forward to coming back year after year."

"We had such a lovely break in Hornstone cottage, tucked away in beautiful countryside, great walks, pubs, fire pit and only the sound of cows - blissful."

"Hidden Gem within the Cotswolds. Perfect setting for a cosy authentic British country getaway. Complete with sheep and horses in our garden. We've been twice and will return."
