Thyme for Bed is a deliciously secluded and cosy monolithic dome home, nestled within 10 acres of scenic farmland in Indiana.

Beautifully tranquil, yet just 20 minutes from the shops and an hour from the Windy City of Chicago, Thyme for Bed is a peaceful home-from-home inside a weatherproof concrete dome.

Choose from three beautifully themed rooms inside.  In Your Dreams is the master suite, featuring a transparent gas fireplace, a Jacuzzi and a downy king-sized bed.  The Pheasant Room is authentically rustic, with an indulgent bath tub and a wooden canopy queen bed, while the Victoria Room pays homage to a bygone era, adorned in lace and lavender.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the dining area, then hang out in the friendly communal living room - or stroll outside and make a new set of friends from the group of local pheasants!  If you're more interested in getting out and exploring, you'll find plenty of festivals in Northwest Indiana, from Cedar Lake Summerfest to the Grape Escape Wine Festival in nearby Munster.  Birdwatching, horseback riding and fishing are staple activities here, and you're also close to Balmoral Park and the locally renowned Albanese Candy Factory, which means day trips are more than covered.
