Elegantly tucked away in the ancient Derbyshire village of Hathersage, overlooking a tranquil sheep-grazing field, The Music Mill promises to transport you to soothing times past…without missing out on any modern-day indulgences!

Named The Music Mill in homage to the location’s history of making the UK’s first gramophone needles, the 17th century mill has retained its original charm and character, to sleep up to eight guests in timeless comfort.

Yet as you wander around in wide-eyed wonder, you’ll note plenty of contemporary extravagances, including a lavish master bedroom with a freestanding rolltop bath. Meanwhile, the cavernous living space comes complete with a crackling log burner, and a Blu-ray player for epic movie nights.

In the unlikely event you’ll want to leave, the quaint village is a mere five-minute walk away… offering many a mesmerising tale of history to tell, and many a friendly pub to hear them in!
