Nestled on the south bank of the River Teign, views naturally stretch far and wide across the shimmering water. And while the beach and local amenities are accessible within just one mile, you could feel tempted to linger in your cosy hideaway, curled up on the sea-view sofa with a freshly-brewed coffee.

There are plenty of mod-cons to keep you company, including a Bluetooth speaker to set the perfect soundtrack, soft mood lighting, and toasty underfloor heating. The Smart TV can even be cleverly hidden away if you don’t want any digital distractions!

Meanwhile, the elegant kingsize bedroom is accessed down a winding staircase, and is home to a sumptuous rainfall shower ensuite with LED mirror.

Prefer relaxing al fresco? You’ll have an enclosed garden and two magnificent seating areas to choose from, all boasting idyllic sea views. When evening rolls around, simply fire up the barbecue and get ready to watch the most beautiful sunset imaginable.
