Step aboard the ‘Passing Wind’, a movie-themed vessel styled for memorable family adventures, moored in Wisconsin Dells – a US city famed for its abundance of theme parks.

Sleeping up to six guests, the ship is perfect for families… a place where kids can be kids, and grown-ups can release their inner children with ease.

Most of the ship comprises joyous al fresco space for maximum adventure, while the private mid-ship deck includes a table and seating to relax around. Sun yourselves on the two upper decks, and when it’s time to turn in, the captain’s quarters and crew bunk room will be waiting.

This is an experience more akin to camping than glamping: there’s no Wi-Fi, and flushing toilets and showers are only available during the summer months.

But with so much to enjoy here, from swings and slides and a shooting range, to guided climbing and kayak tours – not to mention the abundance of theme parks and entertainment hubs in the surrounding area – you’re unlikely to care!
