Full description
A spellbinding, witches-and-wizards-themed cottage, connected to a 16th century watermill that's surrounded by magical Herefordshire countryside.

Looking to spirit yourselves far away from stressful everyday life?

Then head straight for the enchanting Herefordshire countryside, where you'll discover Hogworts Parvos ("small Hogworts") - a magical riverside retreat for two that will make you feel like you're students in a secret school for witches and wizards!

Connected to a Grade II, 16th century water mill, Hogworts Parvos feels as though it's been plucked straight from the pages of a captivating children's storybook...

...with its stone ‘castle' turret, and purpose-built stone spiral staircase that leads you to a velvet-draped four poster bed.

Mesmerisingly styled and furnished, the charming cottage is filled with quirky, magic-themed décor and other worldly accessories that will make your eyes widen in wonder; from the whimsical potion cabinet, to the mystical dragon fireplace with its flickering log-effect fire.

(Not that ‘real world' comforts are lacking... since there's also a Netflix-equipped Freeview Smart TV with Blu-ray player, and fast fibre broadband to keep you entertained!)

As if that wasn't quite enough, you'll get to dine in a mini-Great Hall, complete with an authentic flagstone floor, a bespoke refectory table and bench, and soothing green views of the surrounding countryside.

Whip up those meals in the elegant, bespoke-crafted kitchen, which you'll find gainfully equipped with an oven, microwave and fridge-freezer, along with the essential kettle and toaster to help your mornings along!

In fact, if the morning sun happens to be shining down, why not take your first coffee of the day outside, and onto the furnished patio area? Sheltered by a maple tree, and positioned right next to the babbling brook, it's the perfect place to relax into the day ahead.

So, what magical delights await you in the surrounding area?

You could start by following one of the many winding footpaths, and getting wondrously lost in rolling countryside scenery. If you enjoy a slightly longer walk, the historic, Domesday Book-mentioned town of Bromyard is two miles away, and boasts a pretty parade of independent shops and cafés to stop in.

You'll also find the area peppered with National Trust properties and gardens, while the quintessential English market towns of Tenbury Wells and Leominster are well worth visiting.

(Just don't forget to return to Hogworts Parvos before your evening curfew, or a displeasing spell could be cast over you!)

Things to note

Pets are regrettably not permitted. The owners live on site and are available if assistance is needed, though you will be left to your own devices throughout your stay. Please note that due to the many delicate props and ornaments in the property, no children under 12 are permitted.
