A truly stunning Winchelsea eco-build house, perfect for larger groups to reconnect in scenic, sheep-dotted rural comfort.

Lovingly created from Canadian red cedar and sleeping up to eight people, Henry Oscar House is perfectly situated in the coastal of Winchelsea, close to medieval Rye.

From your elevated position here, you can enjoy spectacular rural views all the way out to the picturesque Brede Levels.  The gorgeous countryside makes a particularly beautiful tableau by evening, when you’re curled up by the crackling woodburner.  On warmer days, the garden is perfectly positioned for morning coffee and evening tipples alike.

The generous living area gives way to bi-folding doors, opening out onto a terrace complete with hot tub.  Meanwhile, the kingsize master bedroom is ensuite (one to claim for yourselves!), with two more double rooms leading directly to the balcony.

There’s a bunk room for smaller guests, and a family bathroom that’s ideal for freshening up in…or sinking into the bubble-filled slipper bath after a hard day of exploring.

With plenty of walking ground, a nature reserve, beaches and local towns to wear out the soles of your shoes, you may decide you need that relaxing bubble bath sooner than you think!
