Simplicity, adventure, and beautiful outdoor living - that's what you'll find at fforest farm.
This incredible place, located between the sensational River Teifi Gorge and the Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve, has just about everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday in unforgettable accommodation.
With five incredible glamping options at the farm, as well as the chance to cosy up in the former farmhouse or pig sheds, you'll easily find the perfect place for you. Without exception, all accommodation is fully equipped, beautifully designed, and blends superb craftsmanship with Scandi-inspired interiors for total hygge!
Your visit to fforest farm will begin with the warmest of greetings at The Lodge. The hub of the farm, you may find yourself back here for locally sourced breakfasts or delicious fforest suppers. To begin with though, it's where you'll get your bearings before making your way to your chosen lodgings.
For smaller groups, there are three superb options - Kata Cabins, Domes, and Bell Tents -providing the chance to get back to nature without compromising on comfort. Each one features a wood-burning stove, a spacious outdoor deck with furniture, and a fully equipped, all-weather kitchen with a two-ring gas stove and bucket BBQ. From the pretty flowers on arrival to the bespoke furnishings, no stone has been left unturned when it comes to your ultimate comfort.
For larger groups ready to soak up everything fforest farm has on offer, there are two other marvellous options - Campshacks and Grouptents. They have 3 Campshacks & 2 Grouptents each possible to book together so even more can join in the fun!
Kata Cabins (sleep 5)
You won't find a Kata Cabin anywhere else! Created by fforest farm, these ingenious beauties combine a bespoke wooden cabin and a spacious canvas tipi, giving you the best of both worlds. Sleeping five on soft sleeping mats, the Kata Cabin is ideal for those who want the outdoor experience - without getting too outdoorsy.
Domes (sleep 4)
With a solid wood floor, king-size bed and magnificent bay window, an escape to one of fforest farm's Domes has ‘luxury' written all over it. Heavenly for a romantic couple's getaway, yet spacious enough for a family of four (thanks to the pull-out futon), each Dome is perfectly located to create a sense of solitude in amongst glorious landscape.
Bell Tents (sleep 5)
Is there anything more enchanting than the sight of a bell tent in a gorgeous green meadow? Sleeping five people apiece, these classic tents are all positioned with unbeatable views from the spacious deck, so you can make the most of your beautiful surroundings.
Campshacks (sleep 8)
Overlooking the valley, the three ingenious Campshacks incorporate everything you need under one roof. The central kitchen and dining ‘shack' (complete with a wood-burning stove and oven) is hemmed in between two comfy sleeping pods, where you'll find eight bespoke wooden beds under canvas - perfect for happy campers.
Grouptents (sleep 8)
The Grouptent is the ideal way to soak up fforest farm without losing out on your personal space. With four canvas sleeping compartments, each featuring two futon mattresses, everyone can enjoy a sense of privacy at night. During the day time, the central shed (complete with a gas hob) is the perfect place for everyone to come together for cups of tea, games or just a good old natter.
If you're after just a touch more luxury, don't forget Ty Fforest - the incredible Georgian farmhouse, which sleeps up to 14 people between five bedrooms. Or, for smaller groups, bed down in a cosy Crog loft. Found in the former pig sheds, each sleeps four, while the kitchen and dining areas are found on an outdoor porch - giving you all the luxury without missing out on the outdoors.
Wherever you stay, there's so much more to enjoy in the 200 acres of fforest farm. Take your relaxation up a notch in the cedar barrel sauna, or cool off with a dip in the river. And just when you thought it couldn't get any better, enjoy a drink in The Bwthyn, fforest farm's very own country pub - and perhaps the smallest in the country!
Beyond the farm, there's so much more to see - from the stunning beaches of Cardigan Bay to a variety of local castles, historic homes and museums. Thrillseekers have more than enough to get their teeth into as well; head to the Urdd Centre for dry-slope skiing, horse-riding and even go-karting, or head out on the waves for a spot of canoeing, sea kayaking, coasteering or surfing. Or of course, you can simply while away those hours on your deck, surrounded by the serenity of fforest farm.
Whether your dream getaway involves relaxing wrapped in a fforest blanket in front of a log burner, or adventuring in the countryside or coastlines of West Wales, fforest farm is your perfect escape. And with such incredible accommodation to choose from, you won't forget this one in a hurry...

Tried and tested
"My girlfriend and I had a great weekend at Fforest. We loved the freedom and relaxed atmosphere. The highlight was lighting the fire in the on-site pub on a blustery February night! A beautiful experience. We'll be back in Summer and will tell our friends. Thanks."
"Our first stay at Fforest camp and what a stay it was! We had wanted to come along to Fforest Gather in the summer but things got in the way and when we saw all the amazing things that had happened there we just had to come and see for ourselves. As soon as you all in and are met by fairy lights you know it's going to be great! The dome was amazing, the facilities are fab and the staff are so friendly and really positive. The children made some great friends and we were able to relax and enjoy the atmosphere surrounding the fire pit outside the pub each evening. To top it off, the last supper was stunning. Not only did it look beautiful, it's tasted beautiful too! Fresh sprats and a chat with the Fforest Chief followed by delicious smoked mackerel and barbecued chicken (or the veggie option for us) and rice pudding were experiences we never thought we'd have. The children are already asking when we can come back and we are hoping to book in for next years Fforest Gather and possibly our wedding too! Thanks for a magnificent stay."
