Filled with historic wonder, there’s far more to Bexhill-on-Sea than just the beach… though its two-mile promenade makes for a rather marvellous stroll!

An ancient town that dates all the way back to the 8th century, there is a number of archaeological sites to explore, as well as many fine examples of Edwardian and Victorian architecture.

Edwardian Beach Retreat is one such example, a stunning, light-filled apartment that’s ideal for a family of four in need of a seaside escape.

Looking out across the beach, your hearts will soar as you enter the cheerful retreat, decorated in soft, relaxing tones that blend beautifully with the surrounding seascape.

The spacious lounge drips with timeless style, and is a wondrous setting for everyone to relax together, over a delicious home-cooked meal around the dining table, or snuggled on the sofa, in front of the Smart TV.

Though you may prefer gazing dreamily out to sea, and there’s no better place to do that than the conservatory, which spans the length of the apartment. Get blissfully lost in the changing skies and the rippling waves, as you clutch a steaming mug of coffee and sink into a soft-cushioned chair.

If the sun’s out, you could continue through the conservatory doors and bask in the rays from the comfort of your furnished balcony, instead – an ideal way to waste some lazy afternoon hours, all the way through to sunset (and maybe even stargazing!)
