Dungraften House
England / Blackpool, Lancashire
Full description
A stylish, opulent church conversion in the heart of Blackpool, complete with a hot tub, purpose-built bar, a gym, and fun games, with those famous coastal attractions in easy walking distance!
Enjoy a memorable group break with your favourite people (and pets) with a stay in what must be one of the most fun and lavish churches you'll ever set eyes upon!
Luxuriously converted to the highest standard, every holiday detail has been carefully covered at Dungraften House, for an amazing 16-person getaway that's sure to be memorable for all the best reasons.
For starters, the relaxed open-plan living space is perfect for catching up over welcome drinks. There's a sumptuous, high-ceilinged lounge with spotlights and plenty of squishy sofas, and a huge dining table to break bread around as you share laughter-fuelled stories.
But that's not all!
Head through gleaming glass doors via the main living area, straight into the ‘Dungraften Arms' - a glorious purpose-built bar (drinks packages are available on request.) Here you'll also find a pool table and a darts board for those competitive types, and a projector and screen for the big match!
(Those who aren't interested in sports could always mix a glass of their favourite tipple and make for the bar's gorgeous al fresco terrace, instead.)
Over-indulged at dinner? No problem... simply lace up your trainers and wander straight into the fabulously equipped gym. With glass windows that look into the living area, you can make your friends feel supremely guilty as they envy your punishing workout routine from the sofa!
Reward yourself afterwards with a glass of bubbles and a soak in the outdoor hot tub - well, you deserve a treat.
What about sleeping arrangements? You'll find two double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an extra sofa bed, and a further double room that all share a large, opulent shower room.
Prefer upstairs sleeping quarters? There's a family suite that overlooks the living space on the upper level, that comes complete with its own bathroom.
But it's the double master suite on the other side, that could be the one you claim for yourself! Boasting a walk-in wardrobe and a private lounge with a sofa bed, you'll also have an indulgent feature bathtub and a private loo at your disposal.
What to do next? Well, the bright lights of Blackpool can be reached in as little as 20 minutes on foot. Yet we've got a sneaking suspicion that once you've settled in at Dungraften House, you won't be leaving anytime soon!
Things to note
Check-in after 4pm, check out by 11am. Well-behaved pets are welcome. No same sex groups, stag or hen parties are permitted.
