The Scout Hall
Not many holiday homes can attest to starting life as an old boy scout hall, specifically built for that purpose back in the 1900s - but the expertly renovated Scout Hall on Isle of Wight certainly can!
Isle of Wight's South Coast is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so what better location for a unique conversion with incredible far-reaching views out to the English Channel and the infamous Needles. Chale, to the south of the Scout Hall, is also a quaint village packed with charm.
On arrival owners Helen and Frazer make you feel instantly welcome with cake and flowers. Inside the hall, you'll notice that it has ‘upside-down' style living accommodation to fully maximise those killer views. 1960s retro furniture adorns the living space, which contains four bedrooms, two of which are king-sized and one even has an Elvis theme - and why not?! Facilities such as a galley-style kitchen, flat-screen television and sound system remind you that this is the 21st Century, as otherwise it may be easy to forget.
Ideal for a large family group due to the size, a recent change in policy now means that you can bring your four-legged canine friend along with you to Scout Hall for the complete family experience!
